big hospitals cant solve the issues always !

i have been to one of the best hospital of Bhubaneswar (orissa) .KALINGA hospital ,it is a big and well recognized hospital but the service they are providing is horrible. almost all the best doctors of BBSR are available there but their consultation is not enough cure a patient. good service is also important. the loop holes follows

• only one pharmacy counter
• security personnel's are ill mannered
• corridors are not clean and in pathetic state
• synchronization between departments are too slow
  
• not enough attendants
  
• inconvenient waiting rooms for patient attendants

so realy not satisfied with the service. hoping that APPOLO hospital will be able to bring some professionalism into the health care sector and good service also.
